At Apexel, we strive for your complete satisfaction; if you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all accessories and manuals, and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Ship the Item

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup to send the items back to our central warehouse.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
